Shahi Tukda Recipe

To make Shahi Tukda, you will need big size white bread.

For this you will have to prepare thin syrup from sugar.

You will need some finely chopped dry fruits, cardamom and milkmaid to put in the syrup.

To make Shahi Tukda, first cut the edges of the bread and cut the white bread into your favorite shape.

However, triangular shahi tukda looks better, so cut the bread in a triangle shape.

Take refined oil or desi ghee in a pan and heat it on high flame.

When the oil becomes hot, add the bread and fry it until it turns golden.

Put sugar and water in a pan and prepare the syrup.

Mix some ground cardamom in the syrup and let the syrup cool.

Fry all the bread in oil and keep it aside on tissue paper.

When the bread cools down, put it in the syrup and take it out after some time.

Dip all the porcupine pieces in the syrup like this and take them out in a big plate.
