  • First step- To make soft and spongy rasgulla, you first have to prepare chenna. To prepare chenna, put cow and buffalo milk in equal quantity in a pan and boil it well.

  • Second step- Now add lemon juice to the boiled milk and let the milk curdle. After this, filter the chenna with the help of a cotton cloth and separate the green colored water.

  • Third step- Put the cotton cloth containing chenna in a bowl filled with water and wash it thoroughly. Now hang this cloth for a while and squeeze it so that all the water comes out.

  • Fourth step- Now boil water and sugar in a steamer and cook this mixture until the sugar melts.

  • Fifth step- Place a cotton cloth on a plate and open it and mash the chenna with your palm. Now you have to give this chenna the shape of a rasgulla.

  • Sixth step- Steam the rasgullas in a steamer for 7-8 minutes. Now turn off the gas and after some time keep them in the fridge to cool down.
