1 cup cashew nuts, half cup sugar, little milk, pistachios for filling, saffron soaked in milk, mould
How to make Kaju Modak:

Step 1: To make cashew modak, first roast the cashews on low flame. After that grind the cashews very finely.

Step 2: Now add half cup of sugar powder to the cashew powder and mix them well. Now add milk to it and knead it properly.

Step 3: Now take a small dough and put it in the mould. Put a pistachio inside the mixture. Press the mould. Your Kaju Modak is ready.
