Step 1: First of all, soak moong dal and ragi separately at night. In the morning, grind the soaked moong dal and ragi separately and make a fine mixture.

Second step: Now mix both these mixtures together and add rice flour, salt, and yeast. Mix all these ingredients well and add water to prepare the dosa mixture. Keep this batter in a warm place for half an hour so that it ferments. After fermenting, mix the mixture again and prepare it to make dosa.

Third Step: Heat oil or butter in a non-stick pan. Pour the dosa mixture into the pan and spread it in a circular shape. Fry the dosa until golden and then flip it. Fry the other side until golden brown. Serve the moong and ragi dosa hot and enjoy your delicious dish!
