How to make Coconut Barfi?
-
Step 1: First of all, take dry coconut powder in a large vessel. Add 100 grams of milk powder and 50 grams of sugar powder to it and mix well. Now add half a glass of milk and knead a soft dough. If the dough sticks to your hands, apply some ghee on the hands and start working again
-
Second step: When the dough is kneaded, divide it into two pieces. Now add one or two drops of pink food color on one piece and mix well. Now roll both the dough pieces with a rolling pin on a plain surface. Place one on top of the other and roll again a little.
-
Third Step: Now make a roll of this chapati of dough. Stick a plastic sheet on a flat surface and apply ghee on it and only then roll the dough so that it is easy to remove and roll. Sprinkle some coconut powder on a plate. Now wrap the coconut powder in this roll. Now cut the barfi with a knife in round shape. Keep the roll in the fridge for at least 30 minutes for cut pieces
