Ingredients for Mooli ke Paranthe

To make Moola Paratha, you need 2 cups of wheat flour. Salt as per taste and oil- 2 teaspoons.

To prepare radish stuffing, take 3-4 medium sized radishes, some green coriander chopped, 2 green chillies finely chopped, 1 inch piece of ginger chopped, 1 teaspoon roasted cumin, salt as per taste and salt for baking the paranthas. For oil.

  1. First of all, knead soft dough and keep it to set for some time.
  2. Now peel the radish, wash it with water and grate it.
  3. Now squeeze the radish well with your hands so that all the water comes out.

  5. Now mix green chilli, green coriander, ginger, cumin and salt well in radish.

  8. Now place the second roti on top and close both of them from the edge and roll it as big as the paratha.
  9. Now first apply some oil on the hot pan and put the paratha.
  10. Cook the paratha on medium flame by turning it till it turns light brown.
  11. Now prepare all the radish parathas in the same manner. When made this way, not a single paratha will tear.
  12. Serve hot radish paratha with green coriander chutney, sauce and pickle.
