Make healthy breakfast with wheat flour

People often like to eat something healthy and quick to prepare for breakfast. People who avoid eating refined flour in the morning can prepare and eat tasty breakfast from wheat flour. This breakfast looks like garlic bread and is very healthy. Children and adults will love this breakfast. If guests come to your house, you can also prepare and serve this breakfast to them. Know how such a tasty breakfast is prepared from wheat flour?

Make tasty breakfast with wheat flour

  • step 1- Add 1 cup wheat flour, 1/4 cup semolina, salt and red chili powder as per taste, some garam masala and half a spoon of chaat masala. Add some kasuri methi for fragrance and mix everything.

  • Step 2- Now take out 4 spoons of flour from this mixture and keep it aside. Now add some water to the remaining flour and make a medium soft dough. The dough should not be too tight or hard. Knead it well and then add 2 spoons of oil and make the dough smooth. If you want, you can also add oil to the dry flour.

  • Step 3- Now keep the dough aside for 10 minutes to set. Now mash 3 medium boiled potatoes well. First of all, add 1 finely chopped onion, 2 green chilies, some finely chopped capsicum, some salt and red chili if you want, to the potatoes. Mix some garam masala and chaat masala. The stuffing is ready.

  • Step 4- Now prepare the batter by adding water to the leftover dry flour. Do not add too much water at once as it will create lumps. The batter should be kept so thin that it coats the spoon when poured from it. That is, it should be kept much thinner than a pakora.

  • Step 5- The dough has set. Now divide the entire dough into two parts. Now apply dry flour on it and roll it on the rolling board. Now place a thick potato stuffing in the middle. Do not spread it all over but spread the potato stuffing lightly in the middle portion and place it lengthwise.

  • Step 6- Now stick it on both sides like garlic bread and close the edges as well. Now cut this rectangle shape at a distance of one inch and make long pieces. You can cut them with a knife or pizza cutter.

  • Step 7- Now dip all the prepared slices in the flour solution so that the stuffing does not come out. Now heat oil in a pan and put the slices in hot oil after dipping them in the solution. Now fry them on medium flame till they become crispy.

  • Step 8- A healthy breakfast made of flour without using any flour is ready, which you can eat as a snack in the evening or for breakfast. Everyone from children to adults likes this breakfast very much. You can eat it with any chutney or sauce.
