Ingredients for Aloo Bhujia
Potato – 2
Besan – one and a half cup
Rice flour – 1/2 cup
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Amchur – 1/2 tsp
Oil – for frying
Salt – as per taste

How to make Aloo Bhujia
If you want to make Aloo Bhujia as a Diwali snack, then first boil the potatoes and peel them off. After this, grate the potatoes in a big bowl. After this, add gram flour and rice flour and mix all the ingredients well. After this, add cumin powder, garam masala, chaat powder, turmeric, red chili powder and amucher and mash it well. After this add salt and 2 tsp oil as per taste and mix.

If required, add little water to this mixture and knead smooth and soft dough. Now take a mold for making Bhujia and apply oil in it too. After this, put oil in a pan and heat it on medium heat. When the oil becomes hot, fill the prepared dough in the mold of Bhujia and put it in the pan by making Bhujia. Fry the bhujia till it turns golden brown and becomes crispy.

It will take 2-3 minutes for the bhujia to become deep free properly. Keep in mind that Bhujia does not get burnt during deep frying. After that take it out in a plate and keep it.
