Recently, actress Shubhangi Atre, who played the character of Angoori Bhabhi in the famous television show ‘Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain’, became a victim of online fraud. He has lodged a complaint regarding the matter in the cyber cell.

Shubhangi said, “On September 8, I was ordering some things for myself from a famous fashion app. After ordering I got his call. He mentioned my address and told how I have been shopping from there for 3 years. He also gave the details of all the previous orders so it seemed that it was a genuine call. They told me that since I am their premium member, they want to give me a product as a gift for free. I went ahead and chose a product from the few options they gave me. Then he asked me to pay only the GST amount. So when I paid the GST amount, many transactions took place and some money was withdrawn from my account by them.”
