The process of e-KYC is very easy
New Delhi. Under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana (PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana), the central government is going to put the 13th installment in the farmers’ account. The 13th installment to the beneficiaries is expected to arrive before Holi. Although its date has not been announced. But the 13th installment will come in the farmers’ account only when they get the e-KYC verification of their bank account done. Its last date is 10 February.
Rajasthan nodal officer Meghraj Singh Ratnu told PTI that e-KYC for transfer of upcoming installment to PM-Kisan scheme beneficiaries, linking of bank account with Aadhaar and direct benefit transfer to bank account from February 10, 2023. Pre-activation is mandatory. He told that the beneficiaries who have not yet got e-KYC done and have not linked their bank account with Aadhaar, must get it done before February 10. He said that India Post Payments Bank has been permitted by the Government of India to open e-KYC and Aadhaar linked bank accounts.

So many farmers did not get e-KYC done
Ratnu said in the statement that the beneficiaries of this scheme in Rajasthan have linked 67 percent e-KYC and 88 percent bank accounts with Aadhaar by January 2023. He said that about 24.45 lakh beneficiaries are yet to get e-KYC done and 1.94 lakh beneficiaries are yet to link their bank accounts with Aadhaar.
