Mood Swings Problem: In today’s lifestyle, people get angry at the smallest things, which spoils the mood. 4- Capsicum- Shimla is very nutritious. If your mood is bad about something then you can eat capsicum. Antioxidants and vitamin C are found in plenty in capsicum. Which help to get rid of stress.
5- Eggs- If you are sick, you should eat eggs. Eggs provide instant energy. Eggs contain an element called choline which strengthens the nervous system. Eating 1 egg daily also keeps the mood happy. Eggs are rich in protein, vitamin D, and vitamin B.
