Chana Chaat Masala is specially served at Prashant Kumar’s cart near Kashidi Gol Chakkar in Jamshedpur. Which is spicy in food but oil is only nominal in it. Also it is nutritious. Which people come to eat with great enthusiasm and eat it with chatter. At the same time, packs are also done for the house.
Shopkeeper Prashans Kumar told News18 Local that Sakhua leaf is first taken to make chana chaat masala. Sprouted gram, moong dal, peas, potato, onion, cucumber, chilli, coriander leaves, salt, amchur masala, tamarind water and boiled gram are put on it. Again mixed thoroughly. After this it is given to the customers to eat.
Prashant, originally from Orissa, says that about 10 kg gram, 2 kg moong, 10 kg peas, 10 kg potatoes and onions are consumed daily at the shop. The shop remains open from 4.00 pm to 10.30 pm. At the same time, for about 20 years, Chana’s shop here is making and selling chaat masala.
On the other hand, Anand Kumar and Santosh Saav, who came to enjoy Chana Chaat Masala at the shop, told that this is a great option for breakfast in the evening. Which does not have any side effects. At the same time, the taste is wonderful. Along with eating here, it is packed and taken away for the people of the house.
