Bad cholesterol increases with things made from saturated fat i.e. palm oil, coconut oil, refined oil etc. The increase in bad cholesterol increases the risk of heart attack, heart failure, stroke etc. It is a matter of concern that the possibility of increasing cholesterol in winter is more.
