Warm water cleanses the body in a better way and you feel completely fresh. The thing to keep in mind is that the water should not be too hot, otherwise you may suffer loss instead of profit. Those people who are suffering from any skin disease, those people should avoid using hot water. Such people should take a bath with hot water only after consulting a doctor.

Dr. Abhinav Raj says that even cold water in Ayurveda is not said to be harmful in winter. People who have strong immunity and do not have a problem of cold, they can also take a bath with cold water. People who have immunity week and get cold early, such people should avoid cold water. Overall, it depends on the health of the people, what kind of water they stay healthy with.

According to Dr. Abhinav Raj, it has been told in Ayurveda that every person should take a bath before eating food. If this is not possible due to some reason, then bath should be taken at least 2 hours after eating food. Taking a bath immediately after eating can spoil the digestion system and you may have joint pain problem. Exercising after eating should also be avoided.
