DDA is building a luxury flat in Delhi’s Dwarka, construction will be completed by Diwali, know special things
New Delhi. If you are thinking of buying a house in the country’s capital Delhi, then Dwarka can be a good option for you. Actually, Delhi Development Authority ie DDA is building luxury flats in Dwarka. The authority says that these flats built under the scheme will be completed by Diwali this year. The project site is located in Sector 19B of Dwarka.
According to a TOI news, an official said that we are trying our best to complete this project in November this year. After this, applications will be invited from the home buyers, after which the further process will be completed. The Finance Department has not fixed the cost of these flats being constructed by DDA. Depending on the location and facilities, the authority may also add a premium charge on it.
What are the facilities in the scheme
The official said that under this scheme people will get the facilities of pent house and lux furnishing. Apart from this, people will also get Super HIG, HIG and MIG flats. This will be the first such residential complex of DDA which will have only luxury flats. A total of 1114 flats are being built under this scheme, which includes 14 penthouses, 168 super-HIG and 932 HIG flats. Out of total 11 residential towers, 7 towers will have 2 penthouses each.
