Elon Musk’s Twitter, this is the reaction of people in India

New Delhi. Four top executives of the social media company were sacked on Friday, with billionaire businessman Elon Musk completing the deal to buy Twitter. After which the reactions of people started coming on Twitter. Some people were seen against it, while some gave their reaction in support. Significantly, Tesla CEO Elon Musk has become the new owner of Twitter. Twitter CEO Parag Agarwal has been terminated only after Elon Musk became the owner.

On the one hand, people who were vocal against the regulation of uploading of content on this platform supported this development. At the same time, others were careful in giving their feedback.

US $ 44 billion deal
According to the New York Times, Musk has completed his deal to acquire Twitter for US$44 billion. Along with this, four top Twitter executives, including Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Parag Agarwal and Law Executive Vijaya Gadde, have been removed.

Know how people’s reaction was
Reacting to the development, filmmaker Ashok Pandit tweeted, “Twitter is falling after the acquisition by Elon Musk, so ‘Urban Naxals’ in India must be worried.”

Another filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri posted a picture of former Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey holding a poster in his hand. In this poster an appeal has been made to break the Brahminical patriarchy. Agnihotri wrote, “He wanted to break the Brahminical patriarchy, but he broke himself. An example of brahminical justice. Thanks Elon Musk.”

There were also some people who spoke of being careful in reacting to this development. Former Congress leader and author Sanjay Jha said the ouster of Twitter’s top team soon after the acquisition violated the basic principles of leadership. He compared Musk’s behavior with that of former US President Donald Trump.

Expressing concern over the development, Swati Chaturvedi, a columnist and journalist, said that after this the society would become more divided between the Left and the Right.
