Ragi flour – 1/2 cup
Milk – 2 cups
Dry fruits – 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Desi ghee – 3 tbsp
sugar – as per taste

Ragi Halwa Recipe
To make ragi halwa, full of taste and nutrition, first heat a pan on medium heat. Put three spoons of desi ghee in it. When the ghee melts, add ragi flour and slow down the flame. Now roast the flour while stirring it. The dough has to be baked till its color turns golden. It will take about 5 minutes to get golden brown properly.

After this add milk to the flour and let it cook while stirring continuously. After 2-3 minutes, bubbles will start forming in the flour. As soon as bubbles start to form, mix 1 tsp desi ghee, cardamom powder and sugar as per taste in the flour. After adding all the ingredients, now let the halwa cook while stirring continuously. After some time, ragi pudding will start leaving the pan. After this put dry fruits in it. Now after cooking for one more minute, turn off the gas. Ragi pudding full of taste and nutrition is ready.
