Fresh curd – 1.5 cup
Apple – 1/2
Pomegranate seeds – 1 tbsp
Sugar – 2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder – 1 tsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – a pinch
Crushed mint leaves – 1 tsp
Black salt – 1 pinch

Fruit Raita Recipe
To make Fruit Raita, first wash the apples. After that cut it into fine pieces. Now take out pomegranate seeds in a bowl and keep it aside. Now take curd in a bowl and beat it well with the help of a whisker. Keep in mind that the curd used for fruit raita should be very fresh, otherwise the fruit raita may turn sour. After beating the curd well, add sugar according to taste and mix it.

Beat the curd until the sugar dissolves well, then add finely chopped apples and pomegranate seeds to it and mix.
