Ingredients for Ginger-Garlic Chutney
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Garlic – 20-25 buds
Tamarind – 1 tbsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Mustard oil – 1 tbsp
salt – as per taste

How to make Ginger-Garlic Chutney
Ginger and garlic chutney is also very beneficial for health. To make this, first peel off the garlic. After this, cut thick pieces of ginger. Now put 1 tablespoon mustard oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, add ginger and garlic to it and fry for a few seconds. After this put tamarind in it and fry all for 1 minute. After this turn off the gas.

Take out this mixture in a plate and let it cool. When the mixture cools down, put it in a mixie jar and grind it after adding 1 tsp red chili and a little salt. Do not add water at all while grinding it. If needed, you can add a little mustard oil. Grind all the ingredients coarsely. After that take it out in a bowl.
