Gold Price Today: Gold became cheaper but silver reached beyond 63 thousand, price increased by Rs 1150

New Delhi. In the international market today, on Thursday 1st December, the rates of gold and silver have increased a lot. At the same time, a mixed trend is being seen in the prices of gold and silver in the Indian futures market. Gold Price Today on Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) has lost 0.03 per cent in early trade. At the same time, there has been a strong rise of 1.85 percent in silver price today in the futures market.

On Thursday, gold of 24 carat purity was trading at Rs 52,462 per 10 grams, falling by Rs 18 from yesterday’s closing price till 9:10 am in the futures market. Silver is seeing a boom today on the Multi Commodity Exchange. The price of silver was trading at Rs 63,390, rising by Rs 1,150 from yesterday’s closing price.

Tremendous boom in the international market
Gold and silver prices have galloped in the international market today. The spot price of gold today climbed 1.51 per cent to $1,775.25 an ounce. At the same time, the price of silver in the international market has also jumped by 5.14 percent to $ 22.31 an ounce today.

5 percent rise in November
Last month in November, gold prices in India increased by almost 5% i.e. Rs 2,500 per 10 grams. But, gold is still getting cheaper by Rs 3000 from its record level. In August 2020, gold prices had reached an all-time high of Rs 56,200.

According to a Moneycontrol report, Deveya Gaglani of Axis Securities says that the current economic scenario and geopolitical tensions may support bullion prices. On the technical front, Rs 52500-52400 is a good support zone for gold. This week, the price may trade in the range of Rs 52,500 and Rs 53,200.
