Green grapes – 1 bowl
Sugar – 1 tsp (as per taste)
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Mint leaves – 10-12
Ice cubes – 4-5

To make grape smoothie, first wash the grapes 2 times with clean water and then take them out in a bowl and keep them. Now take a mixer jar and put grapes in it. After this, take mint leaves, sugar (you can also use powdered sugar) and half a lemon in a jar and squeeze it. After this, put the lid of the mixer jar and grind it once.

After this, open the lid of the jar and put 3-4 ice cubes in it and once again run the mixer. After this, grape smoothie will be made. Take a serving glass and pour the smoothie from the jar into it. After this, put one or two more ice cubes on top of the smoothie and garnish with 3-4 mint leaves. Grapes smoothie full of flavor and health is ready to serve.
