Green gram – 3 cups
Onion – 2
Tomato – 2
Green chili – 4-5
Lemon – 1
Green coriander leaves – 2-3 tbsp
Roasted cumin – 1/2 tsp
Black salt – 1/4 tsp
Roasted Coriander – 1/2 tsp
salt – as per taste

How to make Hara Chana Chaat
To make green gram chaat, first take green gram and wash them, after that keep them soaked in water for some time. After this cut finely pieces of onion and tomato. Then cut green chillies and coriander leaves into fine pieces. Now take a mixing bowl and put soaked gram in it. After this add finely chopped onion and tomato to the gram and mix it well.
When onions and tomatoes are mixed well with green gram, then add finely chopped green chilies and green coriander to the chaat and mix well. After this, put roasted cumin in the chaat. Then mix black salt, lemon juice and salt as per taste in the chaat. Lastly, mix some roasted coriander in the chaat. Green gram chaat full of taste and nutrition is ready.
