>> First click on ‘BHIM UPI Payment’ icon at the bottom of HDFC Bank Mobile Banking App
>> An auto SMS will be generated for the bidding and security of the device. You have to send this SMS.
>> Create a UPI ID. Like your mobile number as your UPI ID like 98XXXXXX21@hdfcbank
>> Select HDFC Bank account number to link with UPI ID
>> Generate 4 digit UPI PIN using debit card details and your UPI registration is done

bank increased interest rate
HDFC Bank raised fixed deposit (FD) interest rates twice last month. According to the information given by the bank, the new interest rates are effective from today, 26 October 2022. These rates are applicable for deposits below ₹2 crore. HDFC Bank has increased FD interest rates by up to 50 basis points (bps). Following today’s hike, HDFC Bank is offering interest rates ranging from 3% to 6.25% for general customers on deposits maturing in 7 days to 10 years.
