- Rice contains carbohydrates and fiber is also found in good quantity, so the problem of gas formation or flatulence after eating rice is less. If you have gas-related problems on a regular basis, then consume more brown rice and basmati rice in your diet.

- When gas is being made too much, then eat raw tomato in the form of salad but avoid eating potato tomato vegetable. This can increase the problem of gas, acid formation and burning sensation on the chest.
