To make the salad dressing you need
Garlic – 2 cloves finely chopped
Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 1/3 cup
Lemon – 1/2
White Vinegar – 4 tbsp
Honey – 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder – as per taste
salt to taste

Ingredients for Salad
Celery – 1 stock chopped
Brown lentils – 1.5 cups boiled
Green Onion – 2 tbsp finely chopped
Green apple – 1 chopped
Cherry Tomato – 2 handfuls
Cheese – 1/2 cup

Lentil Salad Recipe
Put all the ingredients for salad dressing in a bowl and mix well and keep aside. Bring brown lentils and water to a boil in a vessel. Now finely chop the celery, green onion, apple. Peel off the peel of the apple. Put the boiled dal in a bowl. Add chopped apple, celery, green onion, cherry tomato (you can also take normal tomato), mash the cheese and add it. Now add the liquid mixture for dressing the salad and mix it well. Leave it for 20 minutes so that the dal absorbs the dressing well. Now enjoy eating it.
