Cashew Matar Makhana Recipe

Now prepare puree by blending cashew, tomato and ginger. After this, heat the oil again separately. Add cumin seeds to it and fry it. After cumin turns brown, mix asafoetida in it. Now put ginger, tomato and cashew paste in the pan and mix it well. Let it cook well for a while.

Now add red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt to it and stir continuously for 2-3 minutes. When the masala starts leaving oil, mix green peas and roasted makhana in it. After that add water as required and cover it. Let it cook for 6-7 minutes in low flame.
