How to Make Paneer Lababdar: Paneer Lababdar is the mildest and creamy vegetable among the paneer vegetables. Ingredients of Paneer Lababdar
- 200 grams paneer
- 2 small tomatoes
- 2 small onions
- 8-10 cloves garlic
- 1 piece ginger
- 2 green chilies
- 10-12 cashew nuts
- 2 tsp cooking oil
- 2 tsp butter
- Salt, cumin, chili powder, whole coriander, garam masala, spices of choice for spices
1- First of all fry onion, garlic, tomato, ginger, green chili, and cashew lightly in a spoonful of oil. Do not cook these things completely, but fry them so much that there is no need to cook much later. Let this mixture cool down. After it cools down completely, grind the spices finely.
2- In another pan lightly roast the whole coriander, cumin and the spices of choice. You can take 4-5 black peppercorns, 1-2 bay leaves, 4-5 cloves and 1 big cardamom in standing spices. Roast all these spices and make a fine powder
3- Put 1 teaspoon oil and two teaspoons butter in a pan and forget the ground spices for 5 more minutes. When the masala starts leaving the oil, add shredded paneer to it and add salt and roasted spices as per taste. Add little red chili powder for color just your creamy paneer lababdar is ready
Cooking Tips- Do not add turmeric to make creamy paneer lababdar. This will make the color of the vegetable light white and you do not need to add cream separately for a creamy look.
