how to unblock your phone
First of all, one has to click on https://sancharsaathi.gov.in/.
After this one has to go to Citizen Centric Services.
Here you have to click on Block Your Lost/Stolen Mobile option.
After this a new page will open, where you will get the option of missing mobile, unblocking it.
Now to unblock, click on the Un-Block Found Mobile option.
Here you have to enter the request ID number.
Now enter the mobile number which was entered for OTP while blocking.
Now the unblocked region has to be entered.
After that submit the captcha and the number on which you want OTP.
IMEI is most important for complaint
To track the stolen mobile, you will need to tell the IMEI number of the mobile. Which will help in tracking and blocking your stolen mobile phone. This is a 15 digit unique number. In this case, the mobile network provider will have access to the IMEI number of your mobile. If someone calls from an unregistered mobile, then he can be identified. If you think that any number is fraud, then you can block that number.
