New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday flagged off the Gandhinagar-Mumbai Central Vande Bharat Express train from Gandhinagar in Gujarat. This train will run between Gandhinagar and Mumbai Central in Maharashtra.

Till now 2 Vande Bharat trains were running in the country. One is being run between Delhi to Banaras and the other between Delhi to Katra. Now Vande Bharat train running between Gandhinagar to Mumbai is the third Vande Bharat train. Vande Bharat Express is the fastest train in India. This train accelerates from 0 to 100 km in 52 seconds.

The Vande Bharat Express train is not only equipped with modern safety equipment and facilities, but the food served in it is also very tasty and nutritious. In this train, passengers will be able to taste many Indian cuisines including local cuisines of Maharashtra and Gujarat. The catering service branch of Indian Railways i.e. IRCTC will provide food to the passengers.

What’s special in the menu

The semi-high speed train running between Gandhinagar and Mumbai will not only serve the famous dishes of Gujarat and Maharashtra, but passengers will also be able to enjoy almost all the major Indian dishes. Therefore, passengers will also be able to order low-calorie food made of ragi, bhagar, grains, oats, muesli etc. in this train.

Not only this, keeping in mind the fasting and Jain community passengers, the Vande Bharat train will also get dishes prepared from Sabudana, Bhagar and fruits. Special drinks will be served for the children. Chocolate will not be available in the train. Peanut chikki made from groundnut will be available instead of chocolate. It is not only delicious, but it also has a lot of nutrients in it.
