  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • 1 chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 4-5 curry leaves
  • 1 dry red chili

How to make Oats Dahi Masala?

To make Oats Dahi Masala, first take oats. Boil it till it becomes soft. Till then cut onion, carrot, tomato and capsicum and boil them after adding salt to the water. When the oats are cooked, take them out in a bowl. Remove extra water from the vegetables and mix the vegetables well with curd. Now add red chili powder, chaat masala and salt spices and mix.

Now heat some oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, a dry whole red chili and cumin seeds. Add oats to this tempering and mix. Now put them in the bowl containing vegetables and mix again.
