Ingredients for Palak Aloo Tikki
Spinach – 1/2 kg
Potato boiled – 3-4
Tomato – 5-6
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp
Cheese grated – 3-4 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup – as per taste
Oil – 4-5 tbsp
Salt – as per taste

How to make Palak Aloo Tikki
To prepare Spinach and Potato Tikki, first clean and wash the spinach. After this, break the stalks of spinach and separate them. Now put spinach in hot water for some time. When the spinach becomes soft, take it out from the hot water and chop it finely. After this boil the potatoes and peel them and mash them well in a vessel.

When the potatoes are mashed well, add finely chopped spinach and mix both well and prepare the mixture. After this, add grated cheese, cumin powder, red chili powder and salt according to taste and mix it all well. The masala for making Palak Aloo Tikki is ready. Now take a little spice in your hand and make a ball and give it the shape of a tikki by pressing it with your palms. Similarly make tikkis with all the spices.

Now take a nonstick pan/tawa and heat it on medium flame. When the tawa is hot, pour some oil on it and spread it all around. According to the capacity of the pan, place the tikki on it and roast it. After baking the tikkis for 1 minute, flip and roast again. Bake the tikkis till they are golden brown from both the sides. After that take it off on a plate. Similarly bake all the tikkis. Flavorful palak aloo tikki is ready. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
