Ingredients for Spinach Soup
Spinach – 250 grams
Tomato – 2
Butter – 1 tbsp
Cream – 1 tbsp
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Black salt – 1/4 tsp
Lemon – 1
Green coriander leaves chopped – 2 tbsp
Plain salt – as per taste

How to make Spinach Soup
To make Spinach Soup, first clean and wash the spinach. After this, separate the leaves by breaking its stalk. Now finely chop the spinach leaves in a bowl. After this, cut tomatoes and ginger into pieces. Now put a cup of water in a vessel and keep it for heating. Boil finely chopped spinach leaves, tomato and ginger pieces in water. Cook for 2-3 minutes after boiling, then turn off the gas and let the spinach cool down.

When the spinach-tomatoes cool down, put this mixture in a mixer jar and grind it finely to make a paste. Keep in mind that the paste should be very smooth. After this, add three to four cups of water according to the need in the ground mixture and filter it. After this, put the soup in the pot once again and keep it warm. Add black salt, black pepper powder and cook for some time.
After cooking the soup for about 2-3 minutes, turn off the gas. Add butter and lemon juice to it and mix. Nutritious spinach soup is ready. To serve the hot soup, take it out in a bowl and garnish it with cream and finely chopped green coriander leaves.
