Paneer also has a long list of these vegetables. Similarly, the taste of Paneer Bhurji is also very tasty. Today we are going to tell you a very easy recipe to make Dhaba Style Paneer Bhurji.

Ingredients for Paneer Bhurji
Paneer – 250 grams
Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Capsicum – 1
Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Ginger chopped – 1 inch piece
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Pav Bhaji Masala – 1/2 tsp
Green coriander – 2 tbsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
salt – as per taste

Paneer Bhurji Recipe
To make Dhaba Style Paneer Bhurji, first cut onion, tomato and green chilli into fine pieces. Also remove the seeds of tomatoes. Now take paneer in a bowl, crumble it and keep it aside. Now put 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and keep it on medium flame to heat. When the oil becomes hot, add cumin and asafoetida to it and fry for a few seconds.

When the cumin starts crackling, add finely chopped onions to the oil and fry while stirring until the color of the onions turns light pink. After this, add garlic paste to it, mix and fry. Then add finely chopped tomatoes and fry them till they become soft. After this add finely chopped green chillies and ginger and mix. After a few seconds add all the spices including red chili powder, turmeric and coriander powder and mix.

Now fry the spices on low flame for at least 1 minute. After this, add finely chopped capsicum to it and cook the mixture until the vegetables become soft. After this add grated paneer to it and mix it well with the spices with the help of a ladle. After adding salt as per taste, cover the paneer bhurji and cook for 3-4 minutes. Instead, turn off the gas and mix green coriander leaves on top. Serve Tasty Paneer Bhurji hot.
