SBI Home Loan: SBI is offering home loans at affordable rates, processing fees are also waived, hurry up – the offer will not expire

New Delhi. Home loans have become costlier after the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) increased the repo rate. In such a situation, if you are looking for the information about the bank giving cheap home loan, then there is good news for you. State Bank of India (SBI), the country’s largest public sector bank, has come up with a cheap home loan offer for you. This new offer of SBI has been named Campaign Rates.

Under this offer, customers are being given a discount of 30 to 40 basis points (0.30 to 0.40 percent) on home loan rates. This offer is valid till 31 March 2023. Under the new offer, the bank is offering customers an interest rate of 8.60 per cent on regular home loans. Not only these concessions, but SBI has also waived off the processing fee on regular and top-up home loans. It is worth noting that SBI’s home loan rates vary on the basis of credit score.

30 to 40 bps discount on regular home loan
SBI is giving the maximum discount of 30 to 40 bps on regular home loans. However, this discount is for those customers whose credit score ranges from 700 to 800 or more. SBI’s home loan rate under the campaign rates offer is 8.60 per cent.
>> A rebate of 30 bps is being given at the normal rate of 8.90 per cent on a credit score greater than or equal to 800.
>> If the credit score is 750-799, then you will get home loan at 8.60 percent interest rate instead of 9 percent.
>> Customers with 700-749 credit score will get home loan at the rate of 8.70% instead of 9.10%.

Additional discount of 5 bps for women and salary account holders
In addition, women will get an additional discount of 5 basis points. Salary account holders will get an additional discount of 5 basis points under the Privilege and Apon Ghar schemes.
