Stuffed Capsicum Filling
To make the stuffing of stuffed capsicum, cut 3-4 medium sized capsicum into round shape and keep it aside. Now take 250 grams of grated paneer in a bowl. Mash 1 boiled potato and add it. Now add 1-2 teaspoons chopped coriander leaves, 1 teaspoon grated garlic, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1-2 finely chopped green chilies, ½ teaspoon red chili powder and salt as per taste and mix it well. Now fill this mixture in the middle of the capsicum and put oil in the pan and keep it for baking. Cover the pan and cook till the capsicum becomes soft and keep turning it in between.

make tomato paste
To make stuffed capsicum, first prepare tomato paste. For this, add 1-2 green chilies, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 inch ginger, 1-2 onions, 2 cardamom, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 inch cinnamon, 4 cloves and 2 teaspoons oil to 3 medium sized tomatoes and blend them. Just your tomato paste will be ready.

Ingredients of Stuffed Capsicum
Tomato paste, cashew paste, 1 pinch turmeric powder, 1-2 tsp red chili powder, 2 dry red chilies, 1 bay leaf, 1 tsp kasoori methi, ½ tsp cumin, ½ tsp garam masala Take spices, ½ teaspoon green coriander, ½ cumin powder and salt as per taste.
Stuffed Capsicum Recipe
To make stuffed capsicum, heat oil in a pan. Now add red chili powder and tomato paste and fry it. After some time add cashew paste to it. Now add all the spices and fry them well. After this add some water to the gravy and leave it to cook for some time. Now add stuffed capsicum to it. Then garnish with kasoori methi and green coriander and serve hot stuffed capsicum.
