Share Market Today: Sensex ran 910 points, Finance Minister said- positive effect of budget is visible on the market

New Delhi. Bounce back is being seen in the stock market. Sensex and Nifty managed to close with a gain of more than 1 percent. Friday’s trading saw buying in banking, auto, infra stocks, while pressure was seen in energy, pharma and realty stocks. At the end of trading, the Sensex closed at 60,841.88 with a gain of 909.64 points, or 1.52 percent. At the same time, the Nifty closed at the level of 17,854.05 with a gain of 223.30 points or 1.38 percent.

In a special conversation with Network-18 after the budget, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that the positive impact of the budget is visible on the market. The work of the regulators regarding the market is commendable. He said that the regulators are very strict regarding governance. Talking about the banking system, he said that today the Indian banking system is in a strong position.
