Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyrider CNG: Toyota Kirloskar Motor on Monday launched the CNG version of the Urban Cruiser Hyrider. This CNG version has been launched with two different models. Both the CNG models are available at a price of Rs 13.23 lakh and Rs 15.29 lakh (ex-showroom). The company had earlier announced the launch of CNG cars in India in November 2022 along with the launch of Toyota Glanza and Urban Cruiser Hyryder. The company has already launched Glanza CNG.
The new CNG version of the Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyrider has been launched with a 1.5-litre K-series engine. It gets the option of 5-speed manual gearbox. The best mileage of 26.6 km/kg will also be seen in the CNG model. With the launch of the Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyrider CNG variant, the company aims to further strengthen its presence in the CNG segment of the Indian market. The Hyrider SUV was first launched in India in July 2022. The automaker claims that it has been receiving an overwhelming response since then.
