Stock Market Opening: Market collapsed as soon as it opened, Sensex fell below 61 thousand by 500 points


The Sensex opened at 60,524 with a fall of 510 points this morning.
Nifty opened at 18,044 with a loss of 113 points.
Nifty Midcap 100 and Smallcap 100 are also down 0.5 percent.

Mumbai. The start of the Indian stock market was very bad today and the Sensex broke more than 500 points as soon as it opened. The effect of the fall in the global market is visible on the market today. Investors today started selling and profiting from the beginning, due to which there will be a big fall.

The Sensex opened and started trading with a loss of 510 points at 60,524 this morning, while the Nifty opened and started trading at 18,044 with a loss of 113 points. Seeing the decline in the market from the beginning, the investors also came out selling and started booking profits. However, after a while, the market showed a slight improvement and at 9.28 in the morning, the Sensex reached 60,686 with a loss of 357 points, while the Nifty lost 95 points to trade at 18,062.

Today these shares are making losses
In today’s business, investors sold in companies like Tata Motors, Axis Bank, Tech Mahindra, Eicher Motors and UltraTech from the very beginning and these stocks fell in the category of top losers due to continuous profit booking. However, today invested heavily in stocks like Cipla, Divis Labs, HUL, Bharti Airtel and IndusInd Bank, making these stocks the top gainers.

How much fall in which sector
If we look at today’s business sector wise, except Nifty Pharma, all other sectors are showing a decline. The biggest loss was to the Nifty Auto Index, which has broken more than 1 percent. Today Nifty Midcap 100 and Smallcap 100 are also seeing a decline of 0.5 percent. Uncertainty also increased in the market and its index is showing a jump of 2 percent.

Asian market also on red mark
Most of the stock markets of Asia opened on the red mark this morning and are trading on the downside. The Singapore Stock Exchange was trading at a loss of 0.29 per cent today, while Japan’s Nikkei is down 0.97 per cent. Hong Kong’s stock market is seeing a loss of 1.84 percent and 0.71 percent in Taiwan. Apart from this, there was a loss of 0.32 percent in the stock market of South Korea, while the Shanghai stock market of China is showing a fall of 0.72 percent.
