In the Donetsk region, the troops of the Russian Federation shelled 10 settlements in 24 hours, causing casualties and injuries.
As reported by Ukrinform, this was reported by the Communication Department of the Donetsk Oblast Police.
“There are dead and wounded civilians. The police documented the effects of the shelling. The enemy hit 10 populated areas: the cities of Avdiivka, Bakhmut, Soledar, Siversk, Gostre, Bylbasivka, Severnye, Vesele, Opytne, Pervomaiske villages,” the message reads.
In Donetsk region, Russian troops used the S-300 anti-aircraft missile complex, the Grad anti-aircraft missile system, and artillery against the civilian population.
32 civilian objects were destroyed and damaged: 23 houses, five of them apartment buildings, a salt mining enterprise, garages, cars and trucks.
Law enforcement officers opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
In the Donetsk region, the Russian military killed one civilian during the past day, July 26.
