Afghanistan vs New Zealand: The only Test match between Afghanistan and New Zealand will be played in Greater Noida, India from September 9. This will be the first Test match between the two teams. But even before the Test match starts, a bad news has come out for the Afghan team. Afghanistan’s 22-year-old star batsman Ibrahim Zadran got injured during the practice session. Due to this, his playing in the Test against New Zealand is now doubtful.
Hashmatullah Shahid informed about Zadran’s injury
Afghanistan captain Hasmatullah Shahidi told in the pre-match press conference that Ibrahim Zadran had injured his ankle in the practice session. I cannot say for sure what his condition will be before the match tomorrow. We will have to wait in this matter. If Zadran is unable to play in the Test match against New Zealand, it will be no less than a big blow for him. He has performed well for the Afghan team for some time now.

Ibrahim Zadran made his Test debut for the Afghan team in 2019. Since then, he has scored 541 runs in 7 Test matches, including one century and four half-centuries.
