Australia vs Pakistan: Babar Azam left the captaincy of all three formats of Pakistan only after the ODI World Cup 2023. After this, Shan Masood was made the captain in the test. Pakistani team is currently on Australian tour. Pakistan has to play a three-Test series against Australia. The first test match will start from December 14 in Perth. But even before this, former Pakistan captain Sarfaraz Ahmed has given a big statement.

Sarfaraz Ahmed said this

Sarfaraz Ahmed said that Australia has good batsmen but we are also no less. With Abdullah, Babar, Imam, Saud and Aga we are well prepared for the challenge. Apart from this, he praised the bowlers and said that Shaheen and Hasan are fantastic and we have players like Mir Hamza, Khurram Shahzad and Faheem, who have performed well in domestic cricket.

Remembered Chris Gayle’s innings

Sarfaraz said that I remember Chris Gayle’s incredible inning of 200 runs against Zimbabwe at the Oval. The weather is looking good as we prepare for the four-day clash against Australia in Canberra. This match is very important because the Test series is starting against the strong Australian team.

The series has not been won in Australia

Pakistan has never won a Test series in Australia and Sarfaraz wished new captain Shan Masood all the best. He said that it is always an honor to lead one’s country and I would like to congratulate Shan Masood for his role. He is happy to play any role in the team and contribute to the team’s success.
