ICC ODI Rankings: ICC has released the latest rankings in which a big change has been seen. In the ODI bowlers ranking, Australia’s Adam Zampa has gained one position and he has jumped one position to reach the second position. At the same time, Afghan spinner Rashid Khan has made the biggest jump in the ODI bowlers ranking. Rashid Khan has jumped 8 positions to occupy the third position. In the recently played Afghanistan-South Africa ODI series, Rashid Khan bowled brilliantly and took a total of 7 wickets in 2 matches. He took 2 wickets in the first ODI while in the second ODI he took the wickets of 5 South African batsmen for just 19 runs. Afghanistan registered a spectacular victory in both these matches and achieved the great feat of defeating South Africa in the series for the first time.

3 Indian bowlers in top-10

Indian bowlers dominate the top-10 ODI bowlers. 3 Indian bowlers are included in the top-10. After Rashid Khan, Indian spinner Kuldeep Yadav remains at the fourth position while Australian fast bowler Josh Hazlewood has lost one position. Pakistan’s star fast bowler Shaheen Afridi has gained one position. Shaheen has now reached the sixth position. Namibia’s Bernard Scholtz is at the seventh position and Jaspreet Bumrah is at the 8th position. New Zealand’s Trent Boult is at the 9th position. Mohammed Shami, who has been away from the field for a long time, is still at the 10th position.

Gurbaj wrote a new history

While Rashid Khan showed his prowess in the bowlers’ ranking, on the other hand, Rahmanullah Gurbaz has created a new history in the batsmen’s ranking. Gurbaz has climbed 10 places to reach the eighth position. In this way, he has become the first batsman from Afghanistan to reach the top 10 in the ODI batsmen’s ranking. Gurbaz, who became the Player of the Series by scoring 194 runs against South Africa, has 692 rating points.
