The Indian hockey team continued to dominate the match in which Sukhjeet scored a goal in the 14th minute of the first half and put the team ahead by 1-0. After this, Uttam Singh scored a goal in the second half, which gave India a 2-0 lead in the match. In the third quarter, the Indian hockey team did not let the pressure from the Chinese team reduce in which Abhishek scored a goal on a reverse hit. In the fourth quarter, not a single goal was scored in this match.
India has won this trophy four times so far
The Indian team has dominated the Asian Champions Trophy hockey tournament so far, winning the trophy four times. This time too, India has started with a win and has maintained its dominance. The Indian hockey team’s next match in this tournament will be against Japan on September 9 and after that they will face Malaysia on September 11 against whom they had won in the last final. The Indian team’s biggest match in this tournament will be against the Pakistani team on September 14.
