The second match of the three-match Test series between England and Sri Lanka is being played at the historic Lord’s Cricket Ground. In the second day’s play, Gus Atkinson was the biggest hero for England, who scored a historic century in the first session of the day. Apart from Joe Root, Atkinson also scored a century in England’s first innings. At the end of the day’s play, England had scored 25 runs at the loss of one wicket in their second innings, in which Ben Duket was playing after scoring 15 runs and captain Ollie Pope was playing after scoring 2 runs. The team lost one wicket in the form of Dan Lawrence, who became the victim of Lahiru Kumara after scoring 7 runs.
