Jaiswal has improved one position to reach the 7th position. At the same time, Virat Kohli has jumped 2 places to occupy the 8th position.

Rizwan’s bat spoke loudly in the first test

If any batsman has made the biggest jump in this latest Test ranking, then it is Pakistan’s Mohammad Rizwan. He has got a big reward for playing a brilliant innings against Bangladesh. In the first Test played in Rawalpindi, Rizwan created history by scoring an unbeaten 171 runs in the first innings. After this, he played an innings of 51 runs for the troubled Pakistan team in the second innings. Rizwan batted brilliantly in both the innings but could not save his team from defeat. In this match, Bangladesh defeated Pakistan by 10 wickets.

Despite Pakistan’s defeat, Mohammad Rizwan has gained a big advantage in the rankings. He has entered the top-10 Test batsmen by jumping 7 places. Rizwan has now reached the 10th position with equal rating points as Usman Khawaja. Both have 728 rating points. In this way, Rizwan has become the world’s highest ranked wicketkeeper-batsman in the Test rankings. Apart from him, there is no other wicketkeeper-batsman in the top-10.

Rizwan in great form

It is worth noting that Mohammad Rizwan is performing brilliantly with the bat in all three formats. He has scored 1500+ runs at an average of more than 40 in all three formats.
