IND vs SA 1st Test Match: The 2-match Test series between India and South Africa is going to start tomorrow i.e. from 26th December. The first match of the series will be played at SuperSport Park, Centurion. Both the teams are preparing vigorously for this match. Meanwhile, South African captain Temba Bavuma has given a big statement on the Indian pace attack.
The host is scared of Shami’s replacement
South African captain Temba Bavuma has great respect for India’s talent pool and believes that the fast bowler replacing injured Mohammed Shami can also put the home team’s batsmen under pressure in Test matches. Shami is out of this two-match Test series due to ankle injury. Prasidh Krishna or Mukesh Kumar is expected to be selected in place of Shami in the playing 11.
South African captain gave a big statement
Temba Bavuma, in response to a question during the press conference of the Centurion Test match, said that as a cricketer you want to play against the best and Mohammed Shami is the best bowler at the moment and we were all desperate to do well against him. But India has so much depth that whoever comes in his place will put you under pressure.
