PAK vs BAN: A two-match Test series is to be played between Pakistan and Bangladesh. The first match of this series will be played on 19 August. This series is in a lot of discussion before it starts. Let us tell you that the Bangladesh team reached Pakistan ahead of time for this series. Meanwhile, the Pakistan Cricket Board has taken a big decision regarding the second match of the series. PCB has changed the venue of this match. Earlier this match was to be played at the National Stadium in Karachi, Pakistan, but now this match will be played at some other venue.

The second test will be held at this venue

The second Test match to be played between Pakistan and Bangladesh has been shifted from Karachi to Rawalpindi. This decision has been taken due to the ongoing construction work at the National Stadium in Karachi. The purpose of this construction work is to prepare the stadium for the 2025 ICC Champions Trophy. According to the schedule, the second Test match between Pakistan and Bangladesh was to be held in Karachi from 30 August to 3 September. But due to the construction work, this match was planned to be held without spectators. Now, the PCB (Pakistan Cricket Board) has decided that the match will be held in Rawalpindi so that fans can come to the stadium to watch the match.

PCB gave information

In a press release issued by the PCB, it has been said that the health of the players and the team members can be affected due to the noise pollution and dust caused during the construction work. Therefore, it has been decided to build a new venue in Rawalpindi due to the repair of the stadium. Along with this, it was also told that the second Test match against England is to be held in Karachi on 15-19 October. However, to host this match safely, the PCB has said that they will continue to work with architects and construction experts and will regularly update the England and Wales Cricket Board.
