Pakistan created history by winning the match, did this feat for the first time on New Zealand soil

Pakistan Women vs New Zealand Women: Pakistan women’s team defeated New Zealand women’s team by 3 runs in the super over. New Zealand women’s team batted first and scored 251 runs. After this, Pakistani women’s team was also able to score 251 runs in 50 overs. But Pakistan women’s team won in the super over. This is the first win of Pakistani women’s team in ODI on New Zealand soil.

New Zealand had a bad start

Amelia Kerr scored the highest 77 runs for New Zealand women’s team. Apart from them, captain Sophie Devine contributed 29 runs and Maddy Green contributed 65 runs. New Zealand did not have a good start. When Isabelle Gage was out after scoring just 9 runs. After this, Suzy Waits could also score only 24 runs.

Bismah Maroof played a stormy innings

Bismah Maroof batted brilliantly for the Pakistani team which was chasing the target of 252 runs. He contributed 68 runs. Aliya Riaz scored 44 runs, captain Fatima Sana scored 36 runs. Won the match in super over

The Pakistani team, batting first in the super over, scored 11 runs. Fatima Sana scored 2 runs and Alia Riaz scored 8 runs for the team. After this, when the New Zealand women’s team came out to bat in the super over. Then Saadia Iqbal took over the responsibility of bowling for Pakistan. He gave only 8 runs in his over and also took two important wickets. It was because of his explosive bowling that the Pakistani team was successful in winning the match in the Super Over.
