For the last 12 years, he has coached Maharashtra, Bengal, Baroda and Vidarbha. He was also a part of the coaching staff of Mumbai Indians for four years. Now he has returned to the Mumbai team again. He has also been the bowling coach for India-A team.
Played his first first class match at the age of 17
Paras Mhambrey played his first first class match at the age of 17. He has taken 284 wickets in 91 first class matches at an average of 24.36. He also played for India in 2 Tests and 3 ODIs on the England tour in 1996. He has two wickets in his name in two Test matches and three wickets in three ODIs. During his career, he has won several domestic titles with Mumbai.
