Babar wants to focus on batting

Babar wrote – Dear fans, today I am sharing some news with you. I have decided to resign as captain of the Pakistan men’s cricket team in accordance with the notification given to the PCB and team management last month. It has been an honor for me to lead this team, but now the time has come for me to step down and focus on my playing role. Captaincy has been a rewarding experience, but it has also increased the workload. He wants to give priority to his performance, enjoy his batting and spend time with his family.

Expressed gratitude to the fans

He thanked the fans for their unwavering support and trust. Also said that the enthusiasm of the fans means a lot to him. He said he is proud of what we have accomplished together and is excited to continue contributing to the team as a player. Thank you for your love and support. Now it has to be seen who takes over the captaincy of limited overs after Babar.
